Information you provide
The project enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not submit the form to a Systems Dex website database. If you send the email, the address, message, and any included details are processed through your email provider and our Gmail inbox to respond to your enquiry.
AI assistant processing
The assistant first retrieves relevant Systems Dex website passages. If live AI generation is configured, your submitted question and selected passages are sent to OpenRouter and a model provider for an answer. Free routing may select different providers. Do not submit passwords, API keys, personal records, or confidential business information. The website application does not persist chat conversations; infrastructure and providers may process operational logs under their own policies.
Local storage and cookies
The site does not add advertising or analytics trackers. A session preference may be stored locally to avoid repeating the introductory animation. Hosting and access services may use essential cookies. Google Fonts requests expose ordinary connection information to Google.
External services and retention
Hosting infrastructure processes requests to serve and protect the site. Google processes font requests and enquiries received through Gmail. OpenRouter and its selected providers process AI requests when enabled. Retention and international processing can depend on those services; no universal zero-retention promise is made. Enquiry correspondence is retained while needed for communication and applicable obligations, and can be reviewed on request.
Your choices and requests
You can avoid the AI assistant and contact us by email instead. Contact systemsdex11@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided. Rights and lawful processing requirements depend on applicable law. We will review requests and explain any necessary retention.
Changes
This page will be updated if the site adds analytics, stored accounts, uploads, or other processing. Review the effective date and contact us with questions.
